I dropship many Bethany Lowe items and was informed that Bethany Lowe
Designs is shutting down business until April 7, 2020 due to the C-virus
shutdown (longer if shutdown is extended). This means that some of my Bethany
Lowe listing won't be available until then (I still have many items that I can ship
immediately). To make sure you get the items you are interested in purchasing,
Ebay advised me to do the following. Leave my listings active, but temporarily
change my handling time. This will allow for you to place your order and then
when the shutdown is lifted, your item will ship as soon as possible. Please
check my feedback of 100% so you will feel safe and confident that this will go
smoothly. If this message is included in the listing. then the item is not available
until Bethany Lowe Designs re-opens. If this message isn't included feel free to
order item as usual. I am sorry for any inconvenience, but with all non-esssential
businesses having to close, it is unavoidable. With everyone's help, we can get

Payment:
We accept Paypal only. We really appreciate a prompt payment because it enables us to provide faster processing of the item. It also expedites our shipping of the item to you.
Shipping:
We ship between 1 to 3 days after payment is received. The majority of our items are shipped Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. We also will be offering First Class shipping, with Delivery Confirmation, for many of the lighter items as a more economical option. After the item is shipped, you will receive an email that provides you with a tracking number. The progress of your item can be tracked on USPS.
Returns:
We will accept UNWORN and UNUSED returns, but there must be a very good reason and you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the merchandise. All garment must still have the sales tags on them to receive a full merchandise refund. Item must be sent back with a tracking number. If there is no tracking number and we do not receive the item, you will not get a refund. If all these requirements are met, a full merchandise refund will be issued to your Paypal account as soon as the item is received. Please email us with any questions.
